Download sizing chart:  please download the pediped sizing chart on our website.  Be SURE to print at 100% and measure for accuracy (put your ruler along the chart to make sure it is true to size).  You may then place your child’s foot on the sizing chart to see which shoe is appropriate.

Measure your child’s foot:  If your computer is unable to print at the accurate size, you can measure your child’s foot with a ruler and use the sizing chart as a guide.  The chart measures the inner length of the shoe.  For example, if your child’s foot is just under the 6-12 line, he or she should fit this shoe.  The line marks the inner length of the shoe.

Half sizes:  Unfortunately, our shoes are not available in half sizes, so it may occur that your child is just in between sizes.  We suggest that you hold on to the shoes for about a month.  You will be surprised at how quickly their feet grow.  We also suggest a pair of thin socks to help if you find the shoes a little roomy.

How do I read the sizing chart?

The sizing chart shows the INNER LENGTH of the shoe.  Therefore, the line represents where the end of the shoe is on the inside.  The shoe itself, would be larger than the line that appears on the sizing chart.  Place your child’s foot on the paper (be sure to measure the chart to ensure it is true to size) and if for example, your child’s toe is between the 6-12 month and 12-18 month line, you should purchase the 12-18 month shoe. 

Do you offer wide widths?
pediped™  does not currently offer wide widths.  However, the shoes are soft and flexible and accommodate the chubbiest of little feet.  The 'Liam' and 'Madeline' styles are especially accommodating as the double straps can be adjusted to fit varying instep heights and foot widths.  We recommend that you have your child try pediped™ footwear on in a store to ensure the proper fit.
