Processing and transit time
Most items ship within one business day, (M-F), (Please note that we usually SHIP within one business day, not DELIVER within one business day.) Orders placed Monday-Friday before 2 PM PST will begin processing that day, excluding holidays, and will ship the same day, pending availability and credit verification. All orders placed after 2 PM PST will begin processing the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 2 PM PST, as well as, Saturday and Sunday will begin processing on the following Monday. Eurochild.com will contact you with a follow-up email and phone call if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need to confirm availability or offer an alternative item. We use U.P.S. and USPS services for shipping. We do offer Saturday delivery. Please advise us in the comments box at checkout. Please note, there will be an extra cost for Saturday Delivery and we will modify your order accordingly. Transit time depends on the recipient's location and the method of shipping selected,(please refer to shipping chart above). Only business days are counted in transit time. *DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAYS SUNDAYS OR HOLIDAYS. If delivery of a package is refused, rejected, or returned for delivery failure or any reason, we reserve the right to charge your credit card for both outbound and inbound shipping charges as well as any additional charges that we incur as a result.

Domestic shipping costs and methods
We offer several options for shipping of your order including Standard Ground, Rush, and Express shipping. (NOTE: Luggage, Backpacks, and any unusually large items will be shipped with an additional charge. (Please contact us for quote sales@eurochild.com ) Please see chart below for rates and information on International shipments and shipments to Canada. Standard Ground shipments may be shipped via either USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground at our discretion. Priority Mail shipments usually take 2-3 days to arrive, but this time frame is not guaranteed. We are on the West Coast, so shipments may take up to 5 business days from date of shipment. (Holidays and weekend days are not counted in transit time.) A shipment to the East Coast, for example, usually takes one full week from the date you order to arrive. If you need to receive your shipment by a specific date we recommend choosing either our Rush or Express shipping options. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information via email when your order has been shipped.

International shipping costs and methods
We do not accept International Credit Cards. We accept United States credit cards with a United States billing address only. All International Ordersare accepted from countries supported by Paypalonly. Click here for a list of accepted Countries. If you do not have a Paylpal account, sign up now. International shipping charges are based on several factors, including total price of items, the weight of the package, and its destination. To determine the cost, please add your selected items to your cart and proceed to checkout. You will be able to view the shipping costs on the review page of the checkout process. This is the last page before finalizing your order. From this page you may either cancel or proceed with your order. Most shipments to Europe or Asia are delivered within 2 to 3 business days after leaving eurochild.com.

Risk of loss and title for merchandise shipped internationally will pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from eurochild.com, you are the importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. You authorize us to designate a carrier to act as your agent with the relevant customs and tax authorities in the destination country, to clear your merchandise and advance (on your behalf) any duties and taxes owed by you.

Your privacy is important to us, and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international Customers and Customers shipping products internationally to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. Also, we may provide certain order, shipment, and product information, such as description, to our international carriers, and this information may be communicated by the carriers to customs authorities to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws. If the order is a gift, the package is marked "Gift," but the cost of the item is still stated on the customs form. Customs authorities require us to state the value of the gift item directly on the package.

Refused Shipments - If you decide to refuse any shipments from eurochild.com, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to eurochild.com. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.

What is your return policy?
Eurochild.com will accept returns for Store Credit Only. Items must be returned within 10 days of delivery date, unused and in pristine condition with original tags and receipt. No returns on Sale Items. All Sale Items are final.

For returns, simply follow the step below:

1. Email us at sales@eurochild.com with the item(s) you want to return and reason.
2. We will provide you with a Return Authorization # (RA #) to write on the outside of the box.

Returned packages must be shipped pre-paid. Once your returned items have been received, we will issue you a Eurochild.com store credit towards your next visit with us. Store Credits are not stored online and will not appear on your online order. Your order will be modified once received and your store credit will be applied at that time and a confirmation sent to you. (Please note, customer is responsible for all shipping costs on exchanges)

Coupons
Coupons may not be combined with any other promotions, coupons or previously place orders . If items are out of stock, you will be informed by email. Your order subtotal must be $120+ in order to use coupon for Free USA Ground Shipping. You may need to shop again and add something to your order in order to reach the $120 minimum. We apologize in advance for this inconvenience.

Gift Cards/Certificates
Give the gift of choice - Giving the gift they want is as easy as the Eurochild E-Gift Certificate. Eurochild Virtual E-Gift Certificates will be emailed within 4 hours. Virtual E-Gift Certificates do not expire and have no fees. E-Gift certificates are redeemable at our online store by simply entering the code that was emailed to you at checkout.

1. When you go to Eurochild.com where your gift certificate came from, you can browse or search for an item you want to buy.
2. Once you've selected your gift, click on checkout.
3. On the Shipping Form, you'll see a field that says "Enter the Coupon or Gift Certificate Code." Make sure that you enter the complete gift certificate code. It must start with the "@" sign.
4. If you have more than one gift certificate, you can enter all of the codes separated by commas.
5. If you have enough funds on the gift certificate to cover the cost of your order you won't be required to enter any payment information.
6. If you don't have enough funds on your gift certificate to cover your entire order, you will be required to pay the remaining balance.

*E-Gift Certificates may not be returned, applied as payment on any account or redeemed for cash, except where required by law. E-Gift Certificates may not be replaced if lost, stolen, damaged or used without authorization.
